1. Independently research the beneficial bacteria in soil or water and systematise the information (characteristics, functions and uses of bacteria) in a short text, poster, presentation, brochure, etc. of your choice.
2. Determine for yourself what you are going to research – whether beneficial bacteria in soil or water.
3. Look for answers to the questions:

• What is the role of soil microorganisms in the decomposition of organic matter by living organisms and the formation of humus?
