- You will use Worksheet 2. for this purpose. Statistical data on the incidence of mortality from heart disease with data on Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease for Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece and Portugal. The data are for the most recent year surveyed by the World Health Organization, based on the death rate per 100,000 population.
