Activity 4. Identification of different types of honey
You will learn to identify different types of honey by taste, colour and texture using your senses.
1. Taste samples of different types of honey.
2. Describe the taste, aroma, colour and texture of each type of honey. Fill in the data in the table on Worksheet 4. Identification of different types of honey.

Observe the hues (light, transparent, dark, amber). Describe the colour change (greenish tint, reddish cast).
