Activity 1. Pre-measure pulse and record mood (do this at home on your own)
You will work independently outside of class time at home.
1. Do a pre-survey of your heart rate and mood changes over the course of a week, three times a day (morning, noon and evening).
2. Record the data in the table on Worksheet 0. Pre-measure pulse or on the access link provided by your teacher.
