What I learned
❖ Smiling improves our mood and health by reducing stress and increasing immunity.
❖ When we smile, we show others that we feel good, that we are happy, that we are friendly and that we enjoy being together.
❖ A smile predisposes others to trust us, and to be cooperative; it can also express gratitude, empathy, and satisfaction.
❖ The pulse quickens during physical activity or in emotional states.
❖ By collecting and analysing data, we can understand the relationship between the frequency of smiles and our mood.
❖ Using graphical representations of information, we can create charts that visualise what we have learned and make the data easier to understand.
Smiling is a universal language that can help us connect with others in many different ways, without words. It is contagious, it makes us more attractive, it prolongs life.
Smile more often! Be healthy!
