Submitting an Electronic Resource to the Collection

  1. You need to log into the site through your OpenID account. Please see Using OpenID to log into under User Support.

  2. Click on the "Submit" menu.


  3. To submit an electronic copy of a file, select "Browse," navigate to the file on your computer or local network, and click on "Next." To submit a resource that is on the Internet, name the resource appropriately, enter the entire URL, and click "Next." Each type of submission should be done independently.


  4. In both cases, the next step is to give the resource a title. You have the option to add other detail to the metadata, by clicking on "More Metadata." Then, click on "Save."


  5. Once saved, the resources is submitted for review and approval by a member of the staff. Upon approval, it is released to the Collection.
